"Get An Edge, On The Competition"

"Supply Chain Management; Critical Factors For Success."

Welcome,

Do you have a Supply Chain Management program?

More importantly, do you know if a Supply Chain Management program can add to your bottom line?

If you're not asking, you better start!

In today’s markets, organizations rarely make huge margins on products or services that they bring to market. This means they must find new ways to bring value to the shareholders. The value that shareholders look for is profitability and longevity of the company. If profit margins aren’t achieving desired levels of value, how do we change our current model to achieve an acceptable return? During the 1990’s corporations attempted to bolster returns by implementing programs such as re-engineering and right sizing. Management was able to bring short-term value to the shareholder by reducing capital resource budgets. Unfortunately, this strategy has left many organizations understaffed and operating at less than 100% efficiency. In turn, customer service levels have suffered, production is down, and quality is suffering. These results adversely affect the bottom line and thus create dissatisfied shareholders.

Thanks to the companies who showed up! I really do appreciate it.

Executive Coaching

Is it for you?

Today the growing pressures of global competition fuel the demand for ever-more-effective business leaders.  It is their responsibility to set the tone and style for the organization and for effecting cultural shifts to meet changing values and expectations.  In order to do that, leaders must themselves change, and be prepared to continue to change.

Behavioral Assessments

Through personalized assessments, increase knowledge of yourself and others, and increased productivity.

There is a common assumption made that those who reach management level no longer need personal development; in fact this is seldom the case.  Unfortunately, personal growth opportunities for people at this level are rare and one major drawback of being in a senior position is isolation from meaningful feedback.

The coaching program that we offer is recognized as a valuable privilege and a powerful tool for star performers who wish to shine even brighter--akin to the world-class athlete who seeks coaching in order to excel and then to do better.  The program is also applicable to the executive who has the potential but for some reason is not delivering what might be expected.

             Questions and Answers?

I talk to a lot of companies about being lean and removing the waste from their organizations. Many managers ask me what they will do after the waste is removed from the organization?

But on a more serious note, I am asked frequently if lean can be applied to small businesses and or administrative functions.

Cycle Time Reduction .... The reduction in time that it takes to complete a process or series of processes, without degrading the quality of the process or product. Can this concept save you money?
